Hello, I’m Siobhán Ní Ghiolla Rí. In 2017, I launched this platform to support students grappling with French and Irish at Leaving Cert and Junior Cert levels. Through this online space, I provide a wealth of resources, including comprehensive materials, interactive classes, and specialised coaching to navigate the challenges of language learning and exam preparation.

With over 25 years in the education sector, I’ve had the privilege of teaching, lecturing, and overseeing oral exams nationwide. Additionally, I’ve authored exam materials and published books in both Irish and French. My prior experience in the Diplomatic Corps at the Department of French Foreign Affairs in Dublin adds depth to my understanding of language and culture.

Throughout my teaching career, I established two language schools in my hometown of Blackrock, Co. Dublin, and Ennis, Co. Clare, offering intensive tutorials and fostering a supportive learning environment for students of all levels.

Having spent 15 years in France, I’ve developed near-native fluency in French. My educational journey includes attending Coláiste Iosagáin in Stillorgan, Co. Dublin, and earning degrees in languages from Trinity College Dublin, culminating in an MA in linguistics.

Currently, I divide my time between lecturing at the tertiary level and teaching part-time at the secondary level, specializing in French and Irish instruction.
